The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Scribe is a specialized intelligence platform that helps teams and AI agents capture and use how work gets done. The Senior Full-Stack Engineer will design large-scale data ingestion and processing systems alongside custom AI models and build reliable, end-to-end product experiences across Django and NextJS. The role also involves operating scalable systems in AWS and applying engineering best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and build large-scale data ingestion and processing systems that power our custom AI models
• Build and ship full stack features across our Python/Django backend and NextJS frontend
• Work with PostgreSQL, Redis, and Celery to support reliable, scalable background processing
• Partner with teammates to deploy and operate systems in AWS via Terraform
• Bring engineering best practices into daily work, from code quality to system design

Skills

• • You have 5+ years of engineering experience
• • You're comfortable working with Python (especially Django) and relational databases
• • You're comfortable working with React (NextJS / TypeScript)
• • You use AI as part of your everyday engineering work
• • You've seen and can implement engineering best practices
• • Experience with Celery for executing and scheduling background tasks
• • Startup experience
