Project Overview

The team works with external training vendors and manages the end-to-end training process, including class registration, approvals, payments, and internal employee training administration. The current process relies heavily on manual effort and communication between multiple stakeholders.

As part of a modernization initiative, the team is rebuilding an existing training catalog and request management application into a custom solution within the ServiceNow ecosystem. The new platform will introduce enhanced workflows, improved automation, business logic, and integrations designed to streamline operations and improve the user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support ServiceNow AI (Assist Now for example)
• Build and enhance user-facing features and application components.
• Develop integrations and APIs between ServiceNow and other enterprise applications.
• Contribute to application architecture, business logic, workflow automation, and system integrations.
• Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Support cloud-based application deployments and CI/CD processes.
• Review, validate, and maintain generated code, including AI-assisted development outputs.
• Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and ongoing platform improvements.
