Create, fine-tune, and deploy models that leverage cutting-edge AI technologies to improve consumer experiences
Design and implement autonomous AI agents using LLMs and tool orchestration, handling context management, workflow planning, and integration with enterprise systems
Own reliability engineering, evaluation, and related tasks

Strong experience building and deploying AI/ML or LLM-powered applications in production environments
Advanced proficiency in Python and experience developing scalable software systems
Hands-on experience designing and implementing AI agents and agentic workflows
Experience working with LLM APIs, AI APIs, and tool/function calling
Experience with OpenAI technologies, ChatGPT, or comparable LLM platforms
Understanding of context management, prompt engineering, workflow orchestration, and multi-step agent execution
Experience integrating AI applications with enterprise APIs, databases, services, or other business systems
Strong understanding of AI/ML evaluation, testing, observability, and reliability engineering
Experience implementing AI safety mechanisms, guardrails, validation, and failure-handling strategies
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment

Experience with LLM fine-tuning, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, or model optimization
Experience building multi-agent or tool-using AI systems
Familiarity with agent orchestration frameworks and modern AI engineering patterns
Experience with cloud platforms and deploying AI workloads at scale
Knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD, model monitoring, and production observability
Experience developing automated evaluation frameworks for LLMs and autonomous agents
Familiarity with responsible AI, security, privacy, and enterprise AI governance
