Senior Java Developer (W2 Hourly Only)

Prominent is hiring a REMOTE Senior Java Developer to build and enhance enterprise applications supporting critical systems in our client’s collaborative Agile environment.

• No visa sponsorship (current or future)
• Must work W2 Hourly directly on Prominent’s payroll (no C2C / 1099)

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain Java/J2EE applications
• Create REST APIs and modernize legacy systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Support production systems and resolve issues

What You Bring

• Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs
• Solid understanding of OOP, SDLC, Agile
• Experience with HTML, JavaScript
• Healthcare domain experience using HL7 is preferred
• Experience with HIPAA-compliant systems a plus
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps / CI-CD preferred
