Develop, test, and implement software enhancements and code changes for the eXPRS application
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application defects and production issues
Complete operational, enhancement, maintenance, performance, refactoring, UI, and data/reporting requests
Develop and maintain technical and system documentation
Analyze business and functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Document solution options, system impacts, dependencies, gaps, and technical designs
Work closely with business product owners, technical architects, technical leads, and development teams
Participate in daily Scrum meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and other Agile ceremonies
Manage and track development work, defects, and change requests using Azure DevOps (ADOS)
Develop technical specifications for database changes, interfaces, batch programs, and application modules
Demonstrate working prototypes and enhancements to business and technical stakeholders
Provide regular sprint status reports and maintain transparency into work progress
Transition knowledge, enhancements, and technical concepts to internal team members for ongoing support

Java – 10+ years
J2EE – 10+ years
IBM DB2 UDB – 10+ years
Eclipse IDE – 10+ years
Experience with enterprise application development, debugging, maintenance, and enhancement
Strong experience with software development methodologies, coding standards, and best practices
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
Experience using Azure DevOps (ADOS) or similar tools for backlog, defect, and issue tracking
Prior State Government experience within the last 5 years
eXPRS Application Development experience – 1 to 3 years preferred/required
