Technical knowledge & Skills

• Experience in IT Project Management, IT Budget, Capacity Planning, IT Audits, Reporting and Producing Dashboard.
• Excellent coordination and client service skills.
• Clear, concise and professional written communication skills.
• Write correspondence, and other required documentation.
• Define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
• Self-dependent, creative, proactive, fast learner, strict and good sense of organization.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

• Must be organized, self-motivated, responsible, committed and energetic.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills which include both verbal and written skills.
• The individual will be required to travel and work at various BNP Paribas locations in order to fulfil their duties as part of the ITIP Team.
• The individual will be required to have knowledge & understanding of various service / regulatory standards, work processes & procedures.

Education Background

• Any Graduate degree.
• Proven experience in Project Management and Project coordination.
• Independent, analytical, detail-oriented and self-motivated.
• Excellent co-ordination, teamwork and client service skills.

Preferred Industry/domain experience

• 4 to 6 years of experience in Project Management, PMO and Governance Domain
• Banking Background Preferred
