Proven, hands-on experience in architecting and deploying Jira Cloud applications using Atlassian Forge
Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript
Deep experience building interfaces using React (Custom UI) or the Forge UI Kit
Comprehensive understanding of the Jira Cloud platform configuration layer
Strong familiarity with the Jira Cloud REST APIs
Solid knowledge of Forge authentication mechanisms, asynchronous processing, and event handling
Ability to design, implement, and test performant, maintainable, and reusable code solutions
Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field
Proven experience managing technical projects
Strong understanding of Data Processing and ETL Process
Experience with Agile or Scrum project management methodologies
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Experience with legacy scripting in Server/Data Center (e.g., Groovy/ScriptRunner, Power Scripts/SIL)
Familiarity with Jira Expressions for dynamic condition and validation logic
Working knowledge of SQL
Familiarity with modern deployment practices (CI/CD, version control via Git)
Master's degree is a plus
Experience in BFSI domain
Experience in Talent environments
