Job Summary

We are looking for a Technical Lead/Manager (Product & Architecture) to drive the development of scalable digital products and define the technical architecture that supports business growth. This role is ideal for a hands-on engineering leader with strong expertise in product development, system design, and modern software architecture. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with product, design, and business teams while providing technical leadership across engineering initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and enhancement of software products and platforms.
• Define and maintain application and system architecture for scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.
• Translate product requirements into technical solutions and implementation plans.
• Make key architectural decisions across applications, APIs, and distributed systems.
• Write and review code, ensuring engineering quality, maintainability, and performance.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
• Mentor engineers and promote best practices in software development, architecture, testing, and deployment.
• Drive technical innovation by evaluating new technologies, frameworks, and architectural approaches.
• Support Agile development processes, including sprint planning, estimation, and release management.
• Ensure successful delivery of product features while balancing speed, scalability, and long-term system sustainability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a Technical Lead, Engineering Manager, Solutions Architect, Software Architect, or similar technical leadership role.
• Strong background in product development and software architecture.
• Hands-on experience with backend technologies such as Java, Golang, Node.js, Scala, or other object-oriented/open-source technologies.
• Experience with React, TypeScript, or JavaScript is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of SQL databases, including MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native or containerized application environments.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI, or similar tools.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, distributed systems, and modern architectural patterns.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building enterprise software products, SaaS platforms, e-commerce, retail, logistics, or supply chain technology solutions.
• Strong system design and architectural decision-making capabilities.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Ability to balance hands-on technical work with leadership responsibilities.
