Cloud DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a Cloud DevOps Engineer.

The candidate will have the following duties/responsibilities

• Implement cloud infrastructure monitoring strategies for applications and services;
• Resolve problems and incidents in the cloud infrastructure and respective applications and services;
• Optimise the performance of the cloud infrastructure for applications and services;
• Design and implement resilient backup systems;
• Develop disaster recovery solutions;
• Apply site reliability engineering principles (SRE);
• Help build and operationalize CI/CD pipelines.

The candidate should have

Knowledge in

• Cloud services such as AWS, Azure and Google Cloud Platform;
• Linux operating systems;
• Scripting languages;
• Networks and protocols;
• Configuration management and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Ansible, Puppet, Chef or Terraform (preferred);
• Container technologies and management such as Docker, Kubernetes (preferred);
• CI/CD automation technologies such as Jenkins, Gitlab (preferred);
• Good communication and teamwork skills;
• Enjoys learning independently and solving problems;
• Excellent communication, writing and oral skills in Portuguese and English (Mandatory);
• Strong sense of ethics, integrity and responsibility.
