About the role

We’re looking for a Product Engineer to join Fluffle’s early team and help build the consumer experience at the heart of the company.

This is a frontend and mobile-focused role where you’ll work closely with the founding team to turn product ideas into polished, intuitive experiences. You’ll have significant ownership over what we build and how it works, from shaping UX and interactions to shipping and iterating based on customer feedback.

You should have hands-on experience building consumer-facing mobile applications, ideally with React Native and iOS/mobile devices. As an early engineer, you’ll play a meaningful role in the company's product and technical direction.

What we're looking for

• 3–8 years of software engineering experience
• Strong experience building frontend applications
• Hands-on experience with React Native
• Experience building for iOS and mobile devices
• A strong track record of building and iterating on UX
• Deep product instincts and a genuine obsession with the customer experience
• Ability to turn ambiguous product ideas into simple, intuitive experiences
• An AI-native development workflow
• Experience working at a startup or on an early-stage product preferred

What you will bring

You’re a product-minded builder who enjoys working at the intersection of engineering, design, and product.

You’re comfortable with ambiguity, move quickly, and take ownership from idea to shipped product. You can work closely with founders, make thoughtful tradeoffs, and know when to sweat the details and when to keep moving. You see something broken or missing and you fix it without being asked.

You care about building things people actually want to use. You bring strong engineering fundamentals, curiosity, and the judgment to balance craft with speed.
