The Opportunity

We're looking for a talented Director of DevOps to help shape the future of our Microsoft Azure Cloud Platform. If you're someone who loves leading great teams, solving complex infrastructure challenges, and building systems that truly make a difference — you'll feel right at home here. Hands-on Azure experience is essential.

What You'll Do

• Shape our DevOps & Platform Engineering vision — CI/CD, IaC, GitOps, and safe deployment practices
• Champion SRE culture — SLOs, error budgets, and a reliability-first mindset
• Architect and evolve our Azure infrastructure for scale, resilience, and performance
• Build world-class observability across metrics, logs, traces, and alerting
• Partner with Security and Engineering to keep our platform safe and compliant
• Own our DR strategy and Azure FinOps initiatives
• Most importantly — inspire, grow, and support a wonderful team of engineers

What You'll Bring

• Deep Azure expertise (AKS, App Services, Cosmos DB, Front Door, Key Vault, and more)
• Strong Kubernetes, CI/CD, and IaC skills (Terraform, Helm, GitHub Actions)
• A solid SRE foundation — incident management, chaos engineering, reliability practices
• Security know-how: Entra ID, Zero Trust, IAM/RBAC, secrets management
• Observability fluency: Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Elastic
• 12+ years in DevOps/SRE/Infrastructure, with 5+ years leading teams
• Experience running large-scale, mission-critical SaaS on Azure
