About the Opportunity

Our client, a fast-growing technology-driven organization, is expanding its Data Platform Operations team and seeking a Snowflake Platform Operations Associate/Analyst to support mission-critical data environments.

This is an excellent opportunity for early to mid-career professionals looking to build deep expertise in Snowflake operations, provisioning, and GenAI-enabled data platforms within a managed services environment.

You will work closely with senior engineering teams while gaining hands-on exposure to modern data platforms and emerging AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L1–L2 operational support for Snowflake environments and data pipelines
• Manage user provisioning, access controls, and environment administration
• Execute incident resolution procedures, monitoring, and system health checks
• Assist with basic Snowflake data modeling under senior guidance
• Support GenAI (Cortex) operations, including prompt execution and monitoring
• Escalate complex issues to L3 teams and track resolution
• Maintain operational documentation and ensure SLA adherence

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in data platform or operations support
• Working knowledge of SQL and Snowflake fundamentals
• Exposure to ETL workflows; Python knowledge is a plus
• Familiarity with GenAI/LLM concepts and willingness to learn advanced Snowflake Cortex capabilities
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work in a structured, SLA-driven environment
