Maintain and enhance the existing data infrastructure and ensure interoperability with RMTOs current applications systems.
Troubleshoot, code, test and document current risk IT systems, applications, and programs.
Analyze user requirements, design functional specifications and work with staff in enhancing the current system based on user requirements and specifications.
Work with staff from RMTO to routinely monitor operational up-time of reporting systems and troubleshoot the sources of reporting down-time.
Provide technical advice and propose alternative designs as required to improve performance, appearance, and user-friendliness of the reporting system.
Prepare technical documentation and make recommendations for improvements.
Perform other financial analysis and ad hoc complex risk data extractions as requested by users.

The ideal candidate would have at least 5 years' working experience in the development of management
information systems, preferably as a lead programmer for finance/accounting related applications. He/she
should have experience developing database applications using Oracle PL/SQL, reporting tools and web
application development using ASP.NET, C#.NET, and Python. The candidate must also be experienced with
report development using PowerBI. Knowledge of Azure Cloud Technologies (Azure Virtual Machine and Azure
PAAS Products) is a plus. The candidate shall be highly analytical, hardworking, attentive to details
and willing to work as part of a team and have knowledge of Treasury Systems and Concepts
