Responsibilities

Understand technical requirements and align them to business objectives
Plan and lead implementation engagements
Deploy solution components and configure the product
Collaborate across internal teams and client organizations
Deliver technical training
Identify root causes of deployment issues and drive them to resolution
Document field issues, enhancement requests, and opportunities to improve the implementation process

Requirements

3+ years in a customer-facing technical role
Experience in product implementation or hands-on deployment
Solid troubleshooting and operational knowledge
Experience across the full solution lifecycle
Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes deployments
Working knowledge of MongoDB
Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server
Working knowledge of Oracle Database
Working knowledge of PostgreSQL
Working knowledge of MySQL/MariaDB
Working knowledge of IBM DB2
Experience with AWS
Experience with Azure
Experience with Google Cloud Platform
REST APIs
Programming or scripting proficiency in Java
Programming or scripting proficiency in Python

Preferred

Familiarity with Hadoop (Hive/Spark)
Familiarity with Data Governance tools
Familiarity with Data Privacy tools
Familiarity with Data Security Posture Management tools
Prior SaaS implementation experience
