- The individual must have strong communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment are critical skills for this role.
- The core responsibilities are as follows:
- Develop and implement a 30-day onboarding plan for new sales hires to support their transition and success in their role
- Oversee sales rep reporting using HubSpot to develop KPIs and metrics that allow sales managers and reps to identify areas of opportunities and hold reps accountable for their activity to drive successful outcomes.
- Develop and implement sales tools and resources, such as playbooks, case studies, objection handling FAQs, and sales scripts that help the sales team to sell more effectively and efficiently
- Collaborate with sales management to identify areas for process improvement, streamline workflows, and implement new sales tools and technologies that improve team performance, and customer onboarding rates, and enhance ongoing engagement.
- Work with the Culture Committee to provide creative ideas that promote healthy engagement among the sales team and across the company.
- Experience in CRM systems (specifically HubSpot) that help promote sales growth.
- Metrics driven with a focus on KPIs that drive results and success for sales team
- Excellence in process and reporting to give visibility into sales organization and pipeline
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office suite skills
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Communication and responsiveness are an absolute must-have
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and all levels of management (internally and externally)
- Must thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changes
