Responsibilities

• Develop technical solutions according to the provided architecture and business requirements;
• Debug, optimize, and scale complex web applications;
• Learn, understand and follow the best coding practices;
• Provide technical solutions on different business problems;
• Assist QA to define acceptance tests and perform troubleshooting;
• Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing sessions.

Requirements and necessary skills

• 2 – 5 years of experience with web application backend development and good level of PHP7+;
• Understanding and experience with Symfony framework (or Laravel);
• Experience with RDBMS (SQL, MySQL, Postgres, etc);
• Practical knowledge of OOP concepts and SOLID principles;
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and ability to stay objective;
• Good communication and collaboration skills;
• Fluent English (written and verbal);
• Be proactive in ideas;
• Good team spirit – positive in communication, open-minded, self-motivated.

Advantageous skills

• Knowledge in Drupal 8 and/or 9 and experience with external API integrations in Drupal;
• Git workflow – understanding of the code review process;
• Experience with technical knowledge share.
