Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced JavaScript Manager to lead our front-end development team in building high-performance and scalable web applications. In this role, you will oversee the development process, manage project timelines, and ensure the implementation of best practices in JavaScript development. You will play a key role in driving innovation, enhancing user experiences, and aligning development efforts with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of web applications using JavaScript and associated frameworks
• Manage a team of front-end developers, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance feedback
• Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and ensure successful delivery of high quality applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and ensure seamless integration with back-end services
• Optimize application performance, security, and scalability while adhering to best practices
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in the JavaScript ecosystem
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration within the team

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, with extensive experience in front-end development
• Proven experience leading teams and managing projects, particularly with JavaScript and modern frameworks
• Strong expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and familiarity with front-end build tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel)
• Knowledge of back-end technologies and API integration is a plus
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards
