Partner with business leaders to identify AI adoption opportunities
Integrate AI components with internal systems, APIs, and cloud platforms
Build and configure AI-enabled workflows using established design patterns
Assist with integrating internal systems, APIs, and third-party platforms into workflows
Troubleshoot workflow issues, identify root causes, and propose improvements
Support documentation of process gaps, opportunities, and functional requirements
Assist in stakeholder demos and participate in training sessions
Help maintain workflow standards for consistency, reliability, and scalability

2+ years of experience in software engineering, automation, AI/ML tools, or workflow solutions
Proficiency in Python
Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
Understanding of APIs, orchestration tools, and integration patterns
Exposure to Generative AI, LLM frameworks, or AI-driven automation
Familiarity with LLM and GenAI frameworks
Basic understanding of containerization and deployment tools
Bachelor's degree in STEM or related field or equivalent work experience

Experience in healthcare (other payers, hospital systems, health tech companies)
Experience working with finance teams
Master's degree
