Role Purpose

Drive Product Management and Business Transformation initiatives across TCHFL by partnering with Business, Technology, Data Lake and Data Science teams to deliver digital, data-driven and automated solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Product Management for TCHFL applications and business processes across the lending lifecycle.
• Gather business requirements and prepare BRDs / functional requirements, process flows, business rules and acceptance criteria.
• Drive initiatives from requirement → development → UAT → Go-Live → post-production support.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, digitisation and automation and drive implementation.
• Work closely with Technology teams and vendors for API, SFTP, system integrations and application enhancements.
• Partner with Data Lake teams for data requirements, source-to-target mapping, business logic, data quality, reconciliation and dashboard data.
• Work with Data Science / Analytics teams to define KPIs, dashboards, analytical use cases and data-driven solutions.
• Investigate and resolve data discrepancies between source systems, Data Lake and business reports.
• Manage prioritisation, project timelines, dependencies, risks, issues and stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate with Business, Operations, Technology, Data, Risk, Compliance and external partners.
• Drive adoption of technology and analytics solutions and measure business impact / operational improvements.
• Mentor team members and support overall Business Transformation roadmap.
