Monitor and code to ensure issues are resolved
Oversee production stability, high-priority workflows, and time-sensitive operations
Partner with business groups, compliance, and customer-facing teams
Provide guidance to offshore production support teams

7+ years experience in monitoring and debugging code
60% Production Support/Monitoring
40% Development in .Net and SSIS
Hands-on experience with SSIS, .NET, C#
Production Support for incident resolution
Understand technicalities of batch interfaces
Excellent communication skills for reporting to leadership
7+ years working with healthcare technology platforms
Understand and create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Work with appropriate teams to resolve issues
Experience with data integrations, ETL pipelines, and real-time system interactions
Strong SQL capabilities
Solid analytical thinking
Ability to collaborate with engineering teams
Proven experience guiding onshore/offshore staff
Communicate effectively with business stakeholders
Work within structured SDLC and Agile environments
Available any time from 7am to 10pm during job runs
