Sr Field Service Technician

Honeywell HGAS Korea is seeking a highly responsible and technically capable Project Engineer to support project execution at Samsung Electronics semiconductor facilities.

This position will be responsible for supporting the installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, customer response, and overall project execution of Honeywell systems and equipment.

Through project experience, the selected candidate will have opportunities to progressively develop engineering expertise and field response capabilities.

• Support and manage project execution activities at Samsung Electronics facilities
• Perform installation, testing, commissioning, and setup of Honeywell systems and equipment
• Provide troubleshooting and technical support for field issues and customer requirements
• Collaborate with customers, partners, and internal teams to support project schedules and execution
• Support the review of project drawings, technical documents, and specifications
• Monitor and manage project schedules, risks, and issue resolution
• Support preparation of project reports, punch lists, and commissioning documentation
• Project specific deliverables preparation / coordination during project definition, execution phase (Such as project excution strategy, Project Risk management, other execution plans etc.)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• A person with integrity, sincerity, and a responsible attitude toward work
• Entry-level candidates or candidates with up to 3 years of experience in semiconductor/display equipment or utility equipment industries
• Proactive attitude and strong problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, 2D AutoCAD, and willingness to learn project management systems
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to domestic customer sites

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering-related fields (Electrical, Electronics, Automation, Mechanical, Chemical, Semiconductor Engineering, etc.) preferred
• English proficiency preferred
• Experience working in semiconductor or electronics manufacturing environments
• Experience in project execution, commissioning, or troubleshooting
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with customers and subcontractors
• Residence near Samsung Electronics Pyeongtaek Campus preferred
