Responsibilities include developing and fine-tuning machine learning and large language model (LLM) systems, creating robust evaluation frameworks, analyzing human feedback and production data, building agentic workflows and retrieval systems, and ensuring all AI outputs are explainable, auditable, and highly reliable

Required

Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, retrieval augmented generation (RAG), agent frameworks, tool calling, and model evaluation

Experience building evaluation frameworks, benchmarks, experiment tracking systems, or human-in-the-loop review workflows
