Responsibilities

Actively shape technical and architectural decisions within the team
Develop and optimize microservices and Kubernetes architecture
Develop and maintain modern full-stack applications
Ensure code quality, scalability, and technical excellence
Collaborate with product management, design, and business stakeholders
Facilitate knowledge exchange within the developer team
Improve development processes and automation pipelines
Evaluate and integrate new technologies and AI solutions
Support the modernization of the software landscape

Requirements

5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development
Experience with complex system landscapes
Proficiency in TypeScript and Node.js
Experience with NestJS
Proficiency in frontend frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Next
Experience with REST APIs and GraphQL
Experience with relational and NoSQL databases like PostgreSQL and MongoDB
Experience with container technologies like Docker
Experience with cloud environments like AWS or GCP
Experience with microservices architectures and Kubernetes
Deep understanding of clean code, software architecture, and scaling
Experience with test automation and monitoring
Experience with AI tools such as Claude, Codex, and OpenClaw
Fluent German language skills

Preferred

Experience in DevOps and QA
Experience in GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance)
Knowledge of network technology and IT security
Practical experience with AI technologies like ChatGPT, Agentic AI, or LLMs
