Senior Product Manager: Content Distribution

As a Senior Product Solutions Manager for Content Distribution, you'll be pivotal in defining what makes us successful and accelerating market dominance. What You'll Do

• Lead the strategy and handle the backlog for the content distribution or first-party, second-party & third party content.
• Optimize integrations and speed to market of new content rollouts.
• Improve the platform to handle more efficient operational processes and core functionalities.
• Translate strategic objectives and market insights into clear product outcomes and actionable requirements.
• Lead complex initiatives from concept definition through prioritization, delivery, launch, and post-release optimization.
• Serve as the primary product specialist for the content distribution sector, understanding market trends and operator processes.
• Own strategic product artifacts, ensuring clarity and alignment across collaborators.
• Drive prioritization decisions based on business impact, player experience, and strategic fit.
• Work closely with SLT of aggregation, first-party content studios, game operations teams and engineering to build out the prioritisation and backlogs.
• Evaluate product performance using data and insights to continuously improve the platform.
• Champion experimentation and product development based on tested ideas.
• Identify strategic opportunities for content distribution-led product innovation.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of proven Product Management experience in complex digital, SaaS, platform, or customer-facing product areas.
• Solid background in the iGaming sector or other controlled digital settings.
• Demonstrated experience optimizing integrations, content rollouts, and operational processes.
• Understanding of digital products' influence on player behavior and retention outcomes.
• Experience supporting content promotion and title merchandising.
• Potential B2C experience optimizing platform functionalities.
• Track record of independently leading complex initiatives and delivering measurable business impact.
• Strategic problem solver with strong execution skills.
• Excellent analytical skills, combining operator feedback, behavioral data, and market insight.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
• Strong influencing skills and confidence engaging with senior collaborators.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery and modern product management practices.
• Highly accountable, commercially astute, customer-centric product leader.
• English - native or equivalent professional proficiency.
