Responsibilities*

• Manage the overall planning, execution and delivery of projects
• Ensure project milestones are met and determine mitigation if risk of not meeting milestones exist.
• Responsible for project specific budget monitoring and management activities
• Escalate project issues and risks as appropriate to leadership
• Experience managing security-related or similar projects.
• Relevant experience is managing a large program or a series of related projects to meet the objectives of an overall program
• Ability to coordinate a team to drive to define program goals and develop the project roadmap to meet those goals.

People Management

• Develop and execute resource management plans

. Understand and manage stakeholder expectation

• Build and lead effective project teams
• Manage cross team resource dependencies.

Knowledge Sharing / Documentation.

Ensure knowledge sharing and leveraging of lessons learned within project management teams.
