Responsibilities

• Employ core technologies and agile development methodologies in vogue in

the current team

• Participate in server-side development activity for back-end Java-based

services using REST, SOAP or related protocols

• Collaborate with business analysts, other developers, and QA team members

to build and deploy applications in support of business and technical in

• Proficiency in Java development, RESTful service development, JUnit, SQL,

and experience with database technologies such as Oracle

• Strong understanding of frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, and Apache

Camel

• Familiarity with messaging technologies such as IBM MQ / Active MQ, UNIX

shell scripting, build/SCM tools like TeamCity/Bamboo/Jenkins,

SVN/GIT/Perforce, Maven

• A consummate team player that can work on demanding projects under

extremely tight deadline sedatives.

Qualifications

• A BS or BA in Computer Science or Information Technology
• Minimum of 8 years of development experience
• Financial service experience and knowledge of exchange traded derivatives

and fixed income products strongly preferred.
