Agile Expert (m/f/d)

The project focuses on strengthening agile delivery and operational excellence within the T‑IAA ING organization. The Scrum Master / Agile Expert supports multiple agile teams in scaling agile practices, improving collaboration, and ensuring reliable delivery of business and IT initiatives in a complex enterprise environment.

• Jira and Confluence.
• MS Teams.
• Miro / Whiteboard tools.
• GitLab - Wiki, Boards.
• Activity description and concrete tasks:
• Facilitate Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Review, Retrospective).
• Coach teams in agile principles, Scrum, and Kanban practices.
• Support Product Owners in backlog refinement and prioritization.
• Remove impediments and dependencies across teams and stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement and team maturity.
• Support scaling and alignment across multiple agile teams.
• Foster transparency, collaboration, and self-organization.

Must to have skills

• Strong experience as Scrum Master / Agile Coach in enterprise environments.
• Deep knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile frameworks.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Experience working with distributed and europe / german teams.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Very good English skillsNice to have skills.
• SAFe or other scaling framework experience.
• Good german skills.
