Line Trainer

Description

Position at First Sumiden Circuits, Inc.

• A bachelor’s or associate degree
• At least 2 years’ experience as a technical trainer, training specialist, or a similar role

An expert & certified Buddy Trainer

• 1. Provides instruction to operators through classroom and hands-on-training
• Teach hands-on fundamental technical skills and knowledge needed for working in identified process and inspection (general requirements, past trouble, reading comprehension, written and actual examination, etc.) in both a group and individual setting
• Make recommendations for, and support the improvement to the new and existing training materials to increase operators skill-building
• Hands-on support during the training process
• Build trusting, positive, communicative relationships with Line Leader, Supevisor, PE, Managers to support Operators and address areas of concern
• Ensures timely and accurate entry of operators data and completion of paperwork to meet all organizational and funder requirements
• Actively participate in meetings for operators support, organizational information, training, etc.
• • Strong working knowledge in FPC/Assembly
• Advanced technical skills in e-learning and mobile training
• Strong teaching and mentoring experience
• Computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
