Responsibilities

  • Own all stages of feature implementation from design through deployment and maintenance
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Development on technical design and problem-solving
  • Analyze complex problems to identify knowns and unknowns for robust solutions
  • Define and promote engineering best practices and coding standards
  • Provide comprehensive code reviews for engineers of all experience levels
  • Develop the skills of engineering talent through structured mentorship

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven software development expertise
  • Production level Python development experience
  • Extensive experience developing high-scale enterprise SaaS cloud applications
  • Proven track record of architecting and building high-volume products at scale
  • Hands-on development experience with Python, Git, FastAPI, and Pydantic
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Unrestricted right to work in the United States
