Configure, maintain, and support platform components and associated systems
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to system performance, availability, and functionality
Support system upgrades, patches, and enhancements
Monitor system health and analyze logs to identify and resolve issues proactively
Collaborate with engineering, operations, cybersecurity, and customer stakeholders
Develop and maintain technical documentation, system configurations, and operational procedures
Participate in testing, validation, and deployment activities
Provide technical recommendations for system improvements and optimization efforts

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience supporting enterprise IT systems, platform engineering, or systems administration
Experience with troubleshooting complex technical environments
Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
Experience working with virtualization, cloud, networking, or enterprise applications
