Job Summary

Responsible for designing, leading, and overseeing the architecture of solutions based on Guidewire Cloud Platform (GWCP), ensuring alignment with the organization's business and technological objectives. Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to ensure proper integration, security, and scalability of the solution.

Main Responsibilities

Define the solution architecture in GWCP, considering integration, security, performance, and scalability.

Lead the migration of on-premise systems to the Guidewire cloud.

Coordinate the integration of GWCP with internal and external systems.

Establish best practices, design patterns, and technical guidelines.

Collaborate with development, data, and business teams to ensure proper implementation.

Document the architecture and technical decisions.

Participate in risk management and resolution of complex technical issues.

Technical Skills

Deep knowledge of the Guidewire suite (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter) and its cloud architecture (GWCP).

Experience in migrating on-premise solutions to Guidewire Cloud Platform.

Mastery of integrating GWCP with external systems (REST/SOAP APIs, web services, middleware).

Knowledge of DevOps in GWCP

CI/CD, deployment automation, cloud environment management, using tools like Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes.

Experience in configuring and managing cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP), preferably AWS, which is the base of GWCP.

Ability to define and document reference architectures, integration patterns, and cloud security best practices.

Knowledge of agile methodologies and digital transformation project management.

Soft and Management Skills

Technical leadership and ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.

Ability to interact with business and technology stakeholders, translating requirements into technical solutions.

Analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems.

Effective communication and clear documentation.
