Iron Mountain is seeking an innovative Senior Developer, ServiceNow to join our Enterprise Technology team.

As our digital footprint continues to evolve, your expertise will help pave the way for smarter, highly automated enterprise workflows. In this role, you will have the opportunity to design and customize scalable ServiceNow solutions, integrate critical systems, and deploy advanced Now Assist AI tools. Here, your work directly strengthens platform governance while elevating the day-to-day operations of our internal teams.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities) In this role, you will:

• Lead Technical Architecture & Customization: Design, build, and maintain custom applications, complex workflows, catalog items, and system integrations on the ServiceNow platform.
• Advance Now Assist AI Capabilities: Develop and refine AI skills, autonomous agents, and agentic workflows to increase automation and streamline business processes.
• Maintain Platform Governance & Integrity: Manage cross-platform impacts of requested changes, enforce quality standards, and oversee regular ServiceNow version upgrades for vendor compliance.
• Bridge Technical & Business Needs: Collaborate directly with Solutions Architects and business stakeholders to turn complex requirements into functional Agile deliverables.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have

• 5+ years of experience developing and maintaining solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Expert proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow API web services, and core modules such as ITSM, ITOM, SPM, HAM, SAM, CSM, or SPO.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) required; Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related technical field.
• Strong understanding of ITIL principles and a track record of mentoring developers within an Agile framework.
