Lead, mentor, and grow a team of full-stack engineers and QA automation testers

Translate business requirements into technical plans
Be the connective tissue between your team and the rest of engineering

8+ years of professional software engineering experience
significant full-stack depth across React and .NET / C#
2+ years leading engineers
Track record of growing people
Owned delivery for a team
Advanced TypeScript and modern React (hooks, components)
Strong experience in .NET / C# (.NET 8 or later)
RESTful APIs
microservices
SQL Server (T-SQL, Entity Framework)
Cloud experience — AWS preferred (Lambda, ECS, RDS, SQS, S3, CloudWatch)
Architectural judgment on service boundaries, async messaging, caching, consistency trade-offs, state management, and API design
Production payment systems experience — Stripe Connect or comparable platform integrations
PCI-aware patterns

operational side of payments: refunds, disputes, ACH and eCheck, PAD, surcharging, payouts
Actively use Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Cursor, or similar AI coding assistants daily
Can show measurable gains in your own work

Exposure to ledgering, trust accounting, merchant onboarding and KYC flows, or processor migrations
Docker
