Responsibilities

Write production code for critical and complex system components
Architect, implement, and improve high-performing, modular software systems
Lead complex system designs and influence architecture decisions
Build prototypes and proof-of-concepts
Evolve large existing systems, driving modernization
Provide technical guidance to teams
Ensure critical paths are observable and measurable

Requirements

10+ years of software engineering experience
Staff-level or equivalent technical leadership
Strong proficiency in .NET
Strong proficiency in SQL Server
Strong proficiency in Angular
Proven ability to lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale, high-impact systems
Experience defining scalable architectures and reusable patterns
Track record of owning technical roadmaps
Track record of modernizing legacy systems
Solid expertise in automated testing (including TDD)
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines
Hands-on experience with Git
Hands-on experience with Agile development practices
Strong knowledge of system observability
Strong knowledge of performance monitoring
Strong knowledge of reliability at scale
Familiarity with code quality and security tools such as SonarQube or Mend
Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills
