Design application and infrastructure architecture
Create application and infrastructure diagrams and documentation
Educate team members on modern application and infrastructure topics
Lead application development efforts and reviews
Guide and mentor junior developers on coding best practices and design patterns
Evaluate third-party libraries, tools, and frameworks
Implement and monitor application performance, scalability, and security
Collaborate with senior team members for feature delivery
Improve engineering processes and application performance
Support releases and deployments, including production troubleshooting and alerting

8+ years of full-stack software development experience
Expert-level proficiency with .NET, C#, and SQL Server
Strong frontend experience using Angular, Blazor, React, or comparable modern JS frameworks
Proven ability to design and secure RESTful APIs (JWT, OAuth)
Solid knowledge of Azure and how to choose the right service or service configuration
Experience integrating with third-party APIs and using message queues
Experience with event sourcing and other distributed architecture concepts
Background in application security, performance tuning, and scalability
Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies
Excellent communication, collaboration, and mentorship skills
