Exchange and Mobility - Minimum 4 years of experience supporting a messaging environment including Microsoft Exchange 2010 and/or Exchange 2013
Proven understanding of Microsoft Messaging technologies with emphasis on Microsoft Exchange Server 2013 Enterprise
Supporting, maintaining, troubleshooting, and administering Microsoft Exchange, Mobility, and/or IronPort
Innovative problem solver with strong analytical and customer service abilities.
Ability to work outside of normal business hours to provide after hour or "on-call" support when necessary to solve high profile incidents/problems.
Good documentation skills
