Design, build, and maintain the company's AI infrastructure and internal AI ecosystem
Develop scalable AI-powered solutions to improve operational efficiency
Design and implement automated workflows to eliminate repetitive manual tasks
Automate business processes including scheduling, data entry, and travel coordination
Evaluate and implement new AI technologies and tools
Serve as the primary point of contact for AI and automation initiatives
Troubleshoot AI-related issues and optimize existing solutions
Document AI workflows, processes, and technical solutions
Provide guidance and support to internal teams on AI best practices
Assist with occasional personal administrative tasks and scheduling

Experience with AI assistants and large language models (LLMs)
Experience with workflow automation platforms
Experience integrating multiple business systems and APIs
Familiarity with cloud-based AI services
Experience building internal productivity tools
Knowledge of Python, JavaScript, or SQL
Experience supporting operational or administrative process automation
Background working in government, aviation, logistics, or highly regulated industries
