Operation Services and Training Manager
At Abby's Legendary Pizza, we're proud of the people, consistency, and guest experience that have helped build our brand across 37 locations. We are looking for an organized, dependable, and collaborative Operations Services and Training Manager to help support store execution, training consistency, and cross-functional coordination across the company.
This role reports to the HR Director and works closely with Operations, Marketing, area managers, and store managers to help ensure company standards, training programs, people processes, and promotional initiatives are clearly communicated and effectively carried out. If you enjoy working across departments, helping teams stay aligned, and supporting a growing multi-unit restaurant business, this could be a great fit.
About the Role
The Operations Services and Training Manager serves as a key support partner between Operations, Marketing, and HR/Training. This position helps coordinate onboarding and training efforts, reinforces operating standards, supports execution of promotions and company initiatives, and helps maintain strong communication and follow-through across locations.
This is primarily a corporate support role based in the Roseburg area, with minimal travel and occasional visits to restaurant locations as needed.
What You'll Do
In this role, you will help support operational consistency across our restaurants by reinforcing standards related to service, food quality, cleanliness, safety, and day-to-day execution. You will assist with organizing and maintaining operating procedures, checklists, guides, and support tools that help parlors stay aligned with company expectations.
You will also support training for new hires, shift leaders, assistant managers, and parlor managers. This includes helping maintain training materials, tracking training completion, supporting onboarding consistency, and identifying where additional coaching or retraining may be needed.
You will work closely with the Marketing team and parlor leadership to support the rollout and execution of promotions, campaigns, limited-time offers, and merchandising initiatives. You'll help ensure parlors understand expectations, receive the right communication, and follow through consistently.
In partnership with the HR Director, you will also support people-process execution across the business, including onboarding practices, policy communication, training compliance, documentation follow-up, and other routine manager support needs.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who brings strong organization, communication, and follow-through, along with the ability to work effectively with both field and corporate teams. The ideal candidate is practical, responsive, and comfortable helping multiple departments stay coordinated.
Candidates should have 3 to 5 years of experience in restaurant operations, training, field support, assistant management, or a related role, ideally in a quick-service or multi-location environment. Experience supporting onboarding, training, parlor follow-up, and implementation of company programs is preferred.
A bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Restaurant Management, Human Resources, Training, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered. Experience in a pizza chain, quick-service restaurant, or other high-volume multi-unit environment is especially valuable.
Why Join Abby's
At Abby's Legendary Pizza, you'll be part of a company that values teamwork, consistency, and practical support for our restaurant teams. This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact across the organization by helping improve communication, training, and execution in a way that supports both our employees and our parlors.
We offer a competitive salary in the range of $65,000-$75,000 DOE, along with a full benefits package and the opportunity to contribute to a well-established Oregon brand.
Work Environment
This position is primarily office-based with regular coordination across multiple restaurant locations. Travel is expected to be minimal, with occasional store visits as needed for training, support, or rollout assistance. Some flexibility in schedule may be needed from time to time based on training schedules, company initiatives, or operational support priorities.
