Manage and maintain AWS infrastructure (EKS, RDS, VPC/networking, IAM, CloudFront, ECR)
Operate and troubleshoot Kubernetes-based platform
Support GitOps-based deployment workflows and CI/CD pipelines
Own day-to-day security operations and vulnerability remediation
Manage access and identity administration
Support monitoring and alerting and participate in on-call rotation
Assist with cost optimization efforts
Work with Engineering on infrastructure and deployment processes

3+ years of DevOps, infrastructure, or SRE experience
Production experience with AWS (EKS, S3, Route 53, MSK, RDS, VPC, IAM, CloudFront)
Proven experience with Kubernetes
Strong understanding of Docker
Experience with Kustomize and Helm charts
Experience building infrastructure as code using Terraform/Terragrunt
Proficiency in Python, Go or Bash
Comfort with Git and CI/CD tooling (GitHub Actions)
Basic security fundamentals
Basic understanding of networking principles
Commitment to cybersecurity best practices
Some exposure to IT/access administration (VPN, SSO/Okta, GitHub IAM)

Experience operating high availability, production clusters
Experience with GitOps (FluxCD, ArgoCD)
Experience with OpenTofu
Experience with SQL Databases
Experience with secret management (Vault)
Experience with cost-visibility tools (KubeCost, OpenCost)
Experience with Karpenter
Experience with Couchbase
Experience in the connected car, IoT, or cloud SaaS field
Exposure to Elastic stack, Prometheus stack, and PagerDuty-style monitoring and incident response
Experience managing multi-account AWS organizations (SCPs, OUs, cross-account IAM access)
Comfort using AI-assisted tools in day-to-day DevOps work
