Architect and maintain financial data pipelines from Oracle Cloud Financials to the Enterprise Data Lake
Engineer and support application integrations with Oracle Integration Cloud, REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI, and ADFdi
Ensure financial data compliance and security (HIPAA, SOX, field-level encryption)
Build and sustain reporting infrastructure with Oracle BI Publisher and OTBI
Serve as Tier 3/4 escalation expert for integration incidents
Support implementation and continuous improvement of Oracle Cloud Financials

8+ years of progressive IT experience with 5+ years in Oracle Cloud ERP or Oracle EBS technical integration and data architecture
Experience building enterprise-grade data pipelines from Oracle Cloud Financials to a cloud-based Enterprise Data Lake (Azure, Snowflake, AWS S3)
Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), FBDI, ADFdi, Oracle BICC, and REST/SOAP API development
Proven ability to navigate Oracle's data model across GL, AP, AR, and Fixed Assets modules
Experience with data privacy and financial compliance (HIPAA, SOX, GDPR/CCPA)
Experience in a regulated healthcare, insurance, or financial services environment
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field
Working proficiency with Oracle Integration Cloud and Azure data engineering tools
Working knowledge of data governance principles
Proficiency with SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle data model navigation
Scripting and automation with Python or Java
Experience with Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI, and reporting infrastructure
Identity and access security with Okta SSO, OAuth 2.0, Azure Key Vault, Oracle Vault

Prior experience in a Medicare Advantage, managed care, or health insurance organization
Experience integrating Oracle Cloud Financials with Workday (HCM/Payroll)
Familiarity with Oracle EPM Cloud data pipelines (FDMEE, EPM Integration Agent)
Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or Information Systems
Oracle Cloud Platform Application Integration Specialist certification
Oracle Data Management certification
Microsoft Azure Data Engineer Associate certification
Azure Microsoft Fabric Data Engineer or Azure Databricks Data Engineer certification
