Develop KPI calculations and performance measurement frameworks
Track SLA performance and identify deviations, risks, or improvement opportunities
Analyze monitoring alerts, incidents, performance logs, and operational data for trends
Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly analytic reports and executive summaries
Support dashboard teams in defining metrics, data sources, and visualization requirements
Conduct data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks across multiple data sources
Perform ad hoc analyses to support operations, engineering, and leadership decision-making
Maintain reporting templates, standards, and metadata definitions
Identify anomalies, performance bottlenecks, and recurring issues
Document analytic processes and ensure alignment with program reporting requirements

Active Secret clearance or higher
Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Data Science, or closely related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in reporting, analytics, or data analysis
Experience developing KPIs and tracking SLA performance
Experience producing weekly/monthly reports for federal, DoD, or large enterprise environments
Experience analyzing alert logs, incidents, or operational performance datasets
Proficiency with Excel, SQL, or analytical tools for data querying and reporting
Understanding of KPI design, SLA metrics, and performance measurement methodologies
Familiarity with dashboards or BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Grafana
Knowledge of data validation, reconciliation, and quality control principles
