System Administrator - IT Infrastructure Services

We are seeking an experienced and versatile System Administrator - IT Infrastructure Services for Qatar location.

Key Responsibilities

Azure Expertise

• Deploy, manage, and optimize Azure services, including Virtual Machines, Networking, and Storage solutions.
• Administer Azure Active Directory and implement role-based access control (RBAC).
• Monitor security via Azure Security Center and Log Analytics.
• Manage backup solutions and ensure data protection.
• Automate tasks using PowerShell and Bash scripting.

On-Premises & Hybrid Infrastructure

• Manage physical and virtual servers (Windows & RedHat Linux), SAN/NAS storage, and hybrid Exchange/Office 365 environments.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments, risk mitigation, and apply system updates.
• Configure user access, resolve technical escalations, and collaborate with application teams on resource planning.
• Manage enterprise backup solutions and ensure compliance with security standards.
• Maintain technical documentation and contribute to IT projects.

Requirements

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Azure and hybrid infrastructure administration.
• Strong expertise in Windows/Linux server environments, virtualization, networking, and storage.
• Proficiency with Azure services, Office 365, PowerShell, and Bash scripting.
• Experience in security monitoring, backup management, and performance reporting.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
