Define and execute the product and technology roadmap
Lead modernization of legacy applications and platforms
Drive migration to cloud-native architectures and modern development frameworks
Lead the evolution of a modern, cloud-native product
Own the technical roadmap, including architecture, security, reliability, scalability, performance, and technical debt reduction
Provide hands-on technical leadership through architecture reviews, design discussions, technical decision-making, and engineering coaching
Leverage AI-powered development and testing tools to improve engineering productivity, software quality, and speed of delivery
Establish and measure outcomes using productivity and engineering KPIs
Ensure predictable, high-quality delivery of customer commitments and product releases
Drive operational excellence through robust incident management, root cause analysis, observability, and continuous improvement practices
Champion modern DevOps practices including CI/CD, automated testing, infrastructure as code, and cloud automation
Build, lead, coach, and develop engineering managers and engineers
Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning
Manage internal teams, contractors, and strategic technology partners
Ensure compliance with corporate policies, industry regulations, and security standards

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
12+ years of software engineering experience
5+ years leading engineering managers and software development teams
Proven experience delivering and operating enterprise-scale software products in cloud environments
Deep experience modernizing legacy applications, monolithic systems, and on-premise platforms into cloud-native architectures
Strong expertise in Azure, .NET, C#, Angular, APIs, distributed systems, and modern software architecture patterns
Experience building and operating CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and DevOps practices
Demonstrated success leading Agile software development organizations using Scrum or related methodologies
Strong understanding of reliability engineering, application security, scalability, and performance optimization
Experience implementing and measuring engineering effectiveness using DORA metrics, productivity KPIs, and operational metrics
Deep understanding of AI-assisted software development and quality engineering tools
Familiarity with Agentic AI platforms and practical applications of AI within enterprise software products
Exceptional leadership, communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills

Experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Payment Integrity, Payer, Claims, or Healthcare Financial Technology
Experience leading globally distributed engineering teams
Experience delivering SaaS and multi-tenant cloud platforms
Experience managing products operating in highly regulated industries
Experience with Databricks, Power BI, and modern data platforms
Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline
