Responsibilities

  • Develop and deploy AI/ML models for construction site documentation
  • Use and adapt VLMs, LLMs, generative AI, RAG architectures, and agents
  • Lead data curation and conduct data quality assessments
  • Collaborate with team to deploy solutions in cloud environment
  • Take ownership of components from conception to production

Requirements

  • Proficiency in modern deep learning frameworks
  • Production-grade programming skills
  • Experience optimizing models for performance and efficiency
  • Understanding of deployment pipelines and model optimization for diverse hardware targets
  • Experience with computer vision models for detection, segmentation, and classification
  • Experience with multimodal systems integrating vision, language, and sensor data
  • Familiarity with 3D scene understanding, reconstruction, or geometry-based AI
  • Experience with VLMs, LLMs, generative AI, RAG architectures, and agents
  • Experience with data curation and data quality assessment
  • Experience deploying solutions in a cloud environment
  • MSc or Ph.D. in a related technical discipline
