Description
This role is responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring Quality Assurance (QA) training programs to ensure compliance with GMP, regulatory requirements, and internal quality standards within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. The role develops and manages training systems, curricula, and learning interventions to build employee capability and strengthen quality culture across functions. The incumbent ensures effective execution of onboarding, refresher, and role-based training programs while maintaining training records in compliance with data integrity and audit requirements. It supports audits and inspections by ensuring training readiness and compliance. The role also collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify training needs, address gaps, and drive continuous improvement in quality and compliance practices.
Essential Functions
- Develop, implement, and manage QA training programs (induction, refresher, and role-based GMP training)
- Identify training needs through gap assessments, audits, and regulatory requirements
- Ensure compliance with GMP, 21 CFR Part 210 & 211, and internal quality standards through effective training delivery
- Maintain and manage training records, matrices, and learning management systems ensuring data integrity
- Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and compliance metrics
- Support audit and inspection readiness by ensuring training documentation and compliance status
- Collaborate with QA, Manufacturing, and other functions to align training with operational requirements
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance quality awareness and compliance culture
- Track and report training compliance, overdue trainings, and effectiveness to management
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in training processes, content, and delivery methods
Additional Responsibilities
- Ensure strict compliance with EHS policies, SOPs, and all applicable statutory and company safety requirements.
- Identify, report, and support the closure of unsafe conditions, unsafe acts, near misses, and incidents in a timely manner.
- Consistently use the prescribed Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and maintain safe housekeeping practices within the work area.
- Actively participate in safety trainings, emergency drills, risk assessments (HIRA/JSA), and promote a strong safety culture

- M. Pharm - Preferred
