ITM and Connectivity Expert_PS

Job Summary

• Responsible for IT security in manufacturing, and connectivity solutions development and implementation including MES and other manufacturing applications in RBCD.
• Support plant digital transformation and Industry4.0 projects setup and implementation. - Utilize modern and appropriate IT technologies, infrastructure to improve ITM and Connectivity concept and processes including support, change and project management.
• Lead MES implementation for new products to support excellent industrialization and time to market.
• Introduce advanced IT technologies, methodologies and establishing a secured manufacturing IT foundation on good data integration with Industry4.0 applications, spanning hardware, software and infrastructures.

Roles and Responsibilities

Implementation of CD04602 ‘IT in Manufacturing’ in RBCD

• Lead the development and implementing RBCD ITM concept.
• Defining and implementing RBCD infrastructure concept (including IT devices, network, server and database, etc.) considering both daily operation and future needs of Inductry4.0 applications.
• Coordinate infrastructure, hardware maintenance and management as contact window between RBCD and BD.
• Support manufacturing area IT devices applying ITM regulations and compliance considering data security.
• Implementing regular IT security checks at shopfloor area.
• MES and Industry4.0 applications in manufacturing area
• Lead the implementation of MES and Industry4.0 applications to enhance manufacturing digitalization.
• Execute projects within the scope of Manufacturing Operation Management, ensuring integration across business process and systems.
• Providing operational support of Industry4.0 applications based on defined operational concepts, ensuring system stability and continuous improvement.
• Leverage modern technologies to automate and optimize MES and manufacturing related processes, enhance operational efficiency and data transparency.
• As regional MES lead, driving alignment and execution of PS MES strategy, support both operational excellence and digital transformation objects.

Qualifications Requirement

-10+ years in manufacturing IT, focusing on system development, deployment and operation.

-Project management experience and certificates.

-Programming experience in IT development. (Python, C#, Java, etc.)

-Experienced with database and pipeline management. (SQL server, Oracle, Kafka, etc.)

-Experienced with operation system management. (Windows, Linux OS)

-Experienced with virus and emergency handling in production environment.

-Experienced with MES systems and shopfloor connectivity.

-Experienced with IT CICD and system automation.

-Strong incident response ability and emergency handling (virus, system failure) at production environment.

-Team player with proactive and dynamic attitude, leadership is preferred.

-Curiosity about new technological trends. (including digital manufacturing, AI, data analysis, etc.)

Job Relevant Knowledge and Experience

-10+ years in manufacturing IT projects, covering MES and Manufacturing Operation Management Scope.

-Deep expertise in machine-to-system connectivity. (OPC UA, MQTT, HTTP and other protocols)

-Strong in system operation and upgrade on system security, confidential and availability.

-Experienced in IT development and implementation.

-Experienced with database and pipeline management. (SQL server, Oracle, Kafka, etc.)

-Experienced with operation system management. (Windows, Linux OS)

-Experienced with Bosch IT and ITM security.

-Experienced with IT CICD and system automation.

-Strong cross-team collaboration with IT and business teams.

-Focusing on coaching team, improving digital competence, aligning with business goals.
