Lead end-to-end technical design and delivery for customer acquisition, onboarding/offboarding, and revenue operations services
Define and evolve system architecture for high-throughput, fault-tolerant metering and billing pipelines
Partner with Finance, RevOps, and Sales to translate business needs into robust, scalable systems
Build account lifecycle flows from acquisition through activation, expansion, billing, and offboarding
Own integrations and pipelines that reconcile control-plane state with CRM, support, analytics, and BI systems
Design APIs and metrics surfaces for customer usage and cost transparency
Build and operate distributed data systems with strong correctness guarantees and monitoring
Set quality standards through code reviews, design reviews, and operational readiness
Mentor engineers and foster a culture of ownership and learning
Identify opportunities to streamline customer flows via automation and tooling

Significant experience designing and delivering production-grade backend systems
Strong proficiency in at least one systems/backend language, Go preferred
Experience building and operating distributed systems with concurrency, reliability, scaling, consistency, and failure handling
Practical understanding of data pipelines and storage systems like Postgres, Redshift, Kafka/Kinesis, S3-like systems
Experience integrating and reconciling against third-party SaaS platforms including billing, CRM, support, analytics
Experience with production operations including observability, incident response, performance tuning, and on-call
Ability to work across functions translating ambiguous requirements into technical plans
Strong written and verbal communication skills including design docs and stakeholder alignment
