The Lead Technical Analyst is primarily responsible for analyzing HR business processes, identifying system needs, and delivering technology solutions across a complex HR systems landscape. This role will also lead to the design and implementation of inbound and outbound integrations across HR applications such as Recruiting, Onboarding, Employee Central, HR Data Layers, and Identity Management systems. This role works closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders, internal teams, external vendors, and support partners to ensure strong system performance, effective releases, and high-quality user experience. The role also drives project execution to ensure timely and successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional projects that solve complex business problems and bridge business needs with technical solutions Drive HR systems implementation and enhancement initiatives across platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors and ADP Lyric HCM Lead requirements gathering, documentation, configuration support, testing, issue resolution, and deployment activities Oversee the support and continuous improvement of HR systems and integrations Partner with HR and business stakeholders to understand requirements and recommend effective, scalable solutions Analyze gaps, investigate issues, identify root causes, and present solution options to both business and IT stakeholders Design, implement, and support integrations across HR applications and related enterprise platforms Create and maintain clear technical and functional documentation Plan and execute testing for system enhancements, fixes, releases, and upgrades, including test scenarios, documentation, and defect tracking Manage change effectively by assessing impacts across technology, processes, and business operations Troubleshoot technical issues and manage multiple priorities across projects and support demands Build knowledge of new ADP HCM products while continuing to support existing and legacy platforms ##LI-DNIQualifications: Bachelors or Postgraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline 1012 years of overall IT experience 810 years of experience in technical analyst or business analyst roles supporting HCM products Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central is required At least two end-to-end Employee Central implementations Knowledge of Onboarding 1.0 and 2.0 Knowledge and working experience on ADP Lyric HCM Experience supporting at least two production support projects Strong experience in implementation, technical analysis, system design, troubleshooting, and solution delivery Strong understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies Strong understanding of SQL concepts Ability to produce clear documentation and training materials Strong communication, collaboration, influencing, and leadership skills Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Preferred Qualifications - Product Management certification
