Responsibilities

Hands-on experience integrating OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar LLMs into production applications

Experience with prompt engineering, streaming responses, confidence scoring and evaluation, hallucination mitigation, human-in-the-loop workflows, agentic AI solutions

Active user of AI coding tools such as Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, etc

Ability to establish AI-driven development workflows and best practices

Strong architectural mindset with the ability to design scalable systems and justify technical decisions

Experience building cloud-native, distributed applications

Hands-on experience with Azure Service Bus, RabbitMQ, Kafka, or similar messaging technologies

Strong understanding of asynchronous workflows and event-driven systems

Experience designing solutions using Cosmos DB, MongoDB, or other document databases

Strong understanding of NoSQL data modeling and scalability patterns

Proven experience with Next.js, including App Router, Server Components, Server Actions
