About Your Company

The hiring company is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Senior Leasing Officer. As a Residential Leasing Officer, you will be responsible for managing the leasing process for our residential properties, ensuring high occupancy rates and tenant satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Lease Management: Handles all aspects of the leasing process, including conducting property viewings, screening potential tenants, negotiating lease terms, and preparing lease agreements.
• Tenant Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Marketing and Promotion: Develop effective marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants, including creating property listings, organizing open houses, and collaborating with marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns.
• Market Research: Stay updated with market trends, rental rates, and competitor analysis to ensure competitive positioning of the company's properties and maximize leasing opportunities.
• Lease Administration: Maintained accurate lease records, handled lease renewals, and rent collection, and ensured compliance with leasing policies and procedures.
• Property Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of residential units to ensure proper maintenance and identify any repair or improvement needs.
• Collaborative Efforts: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including property management, maintenance, and legal departments, to ensure smooth operations and address any leasing-related issues.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on leasing activities, occupancy rates, and market insights for management review.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience in residential leasing or property management, with the understanding of leasing principles, property management practices, and relevant local regulations.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with tenants and handle challenging situations effectively.
• Exceptional organizational and administrative skills to manage lease documentation and ensure accuracy.
• Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining tenant satisfaction.
• Up-to-date knowledge of local real estate market trends, rental rates, and competitor analysis.
• Fluency in English and Chinese in both written and spoken.
